Thank you for your purchase. I hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us. Warning: Retour shipping is always at own expense.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. The items must be returned in original condition and in the original, packing or similar protective tube/box. We reserve the right to refuse any returns, that do not fulfil these criteria. Returns after 14 days are not accepted. Important! Returns and exchanges happens at your own risk and own expense.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please sent an email to merel.anna.maria@gmail.com provide the following information:

  • Order number
  • Reason of return
  • Name 
  • Account number

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. I strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

I will sent back an email with further information

If a product does not arrive properly because the buyer has entered the wrong address, the responsibility lies with the buyer.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 5 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with photo's at merel.anna.maria@gmail.com. Within 7 days of arrival of damaged goods!

- The damage 
- Front of the package
- Back of the package
- inner protection of the package
- inner package overview
- package label

Replacements are free and no shipping fees are charged.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
