SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed within 5 working days. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

*in the Holiday Season [Nov. & Dec.] shipping times may deviate due to high demand on the carriers. 
*Easter Holiday the Estimated Delivery Time is extended due to closure of production and shipping carriers

The Christmas order deadline dates are recommendations based on normal shipping times with our shipping partners and not a guarantee for delivery before Christmas.

DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS

A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed. please contact us for assistance.

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

CHANGES & CANCELATION

Please be advised that cancellations requests  are accepted within 2 hours after order placed (During business hours). After that you will have to follow our Return policy. Please note that customized orders cannot be returned and are not eligible for a refund. Orders that are not collected from a local pickup point can be reshipped for a shipping fee. If not collected and refund is requested the return fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
